Standard Warranty — 1 Year

• Valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.
• Covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.
• A valid Amazon order confirmation or other original dated proof of purchase is required when submitting a claim.
• Product registration is not required for the standard one-year warranty.

Extended Warranty — 2 Years

• Valid for 24 months from the original purchase date.
• Available only when registration is completed within 14 days of the order date.
• Customers who register on time receive a warranty certificate by email with a unique Certificate ID.
• Extended coverage applies under the same conditions as the standard warranty.

How to Activate Extended Coverage

1. Complete the Extended Warranty Registration form.
2. Submit the form within 14 days of the original order date.
3. Provide the requested purchase and customer information.
4. Keep the warranty certificate and Certificate ID received by email.

Exclusions and Conditions

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage and improper installation are not covered.
• Damage caused by incorrect sizing, inadequate securing, sharp objects, storms or extreme weather is not covered unless determined to result from a manufacturing defect.
• Warranty coverage is valid only with original dated proof of purchase.
• Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Coverage Period

• Valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.
• Applies to Safeboatz Anchor Buoys purchased from Amazon, Safeboatz.com or an authorized Safeboatz retailer.
• Covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal recreational use.

Proof of Purchase

An Amazon order confirmation, Safeboatz.com order confirmation, invoice or other valid dated proof of purchase will be used to verify the original purchase date when a warranty claim is submitted.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
• Punctures, cuts, abrasion or accidental damage.
• Damage caused by improper inflation or overinflation.
• Misuse, improper attachment, towing or unauthorized modification.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance or storage.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the product instructions.
• Loss or theft of the product.

Warranty Remedy

If a covered defect is confirmed, Safeboatz may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue a refund of the original purchase price, as permitted by applicable law.
